Hi, I’m Chingiz a.k.a CHZ

I am a Software Engineer and Team Lead with over a decade of experience building scalable, high-performance web applications. My expertise lies in Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks, where I combine deep technical knowledge with strong leadership to guide teams and deliver impactful digital products.

Since November 2018, I have been serving as Practice Lead / Team Lead at Birmarket, driving performance optimization, architectural improvements, and front-end scalability. In this role, I lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and establish best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant applications.

Previously, I held senior engineering roles at DOTCOM MMC, BUGLANCE DMCC, and SAFAROFF CREATIVE AGENCY, where I strengthened my foundation in HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, and modern frameworks, consistently enhancing user experience and performance across diverse projects.
